Key Responsibilities
Recruit, coach, and supervise Admissions Advisors and Managers to enhance performance metrics
Collaborate with leadership to contribute to growth plans and optimize enrollment processes
Monitor compliance with policies and ensure effective communication across departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in higher education leadership, managing Admissions teams
Experience with enterprise CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
Familiarity with nationwide student recruiting for both on-campus and online programs
Proficient in data analysis and reporting, particularly using Microsoft Excel
