Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and patrons.Prepare beverages / alcoholic beverages and snacks for paying customers.Ensure your workstation is always clean and presentable.Effectively and accurately work with the Revel tablet.As the business evolves, so may this role.These duties may change as Lyric’s leadership identifies the need at any time.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
Must have a Bassett Card and Bartending experience.Candidates must have excellent customer service experience at all times.Must be comfortable with touchscreen tablet usage and will be trained on the SalesVu system.Must be punctual and responsible.WORK CONDITIONS :
Required to work all matinee, evening, and weekend performances of the season and postseason.Physical requirements include climbing stairs, standing for long periods, and light lifting. COMPENSATION :
