The Senior Manager, Compensation is a key leader within the Total Rewards team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role will help advance reward programs that are consistent with the company’s total rewards philosophy, talent strategy, and core values.

Ideally, this person will come from a fast-paced environment with a strategic mentality. This person will be comfortable within a growing business and can deal with modern compensation issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Compensation Strategy & Design

Lead the development and execution of base, broad-based variable, sales incentives and equity compensation programs.

Guides compensation analytics and reporting to support business decisions and ensure pay equity. Monitors compensation trends and proactively identifies opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with Talent Business Partners to develop, assess and lead compensation discussions, programs and processes to support strategic business objectives. Applies advanced compensation knowledge to address complex challenges and develop solutions.
