Develops detailed and accurate take-offs of the work from the contractual plans. Partner with Project Manager in relaying all info to ensure optimal profitability while maintaining excellent customer service. Develop proposals and prepares documents for the estimate within. Develop budget pricing (BFD’s) for clients requesting time sensitive budgets. Ensure all bids are accurate and go out in a timely manner. Confer with customers, subcontractors or supervising personnel in order to address questions and problems. Review existing projects with project manager. Promote IRS Demo to owners, developers, planners, architects, engineers, and any appropriate sales lead by increasing brand awareness, engaging new clients, coordinating public relations efforts, participating in professional and / or industry organizations Primary day-to-day contact with Contractors. Visit job sites to assist Assists with other projects as assigned. Ability to read and understand contractual plans and specifications. Understands the scope of work involving demolition, including interior demo, hard demo, saw cutting, and concrete coring. Comprehends all project specifications, scope limits, and project constraints and able to incorporate the information into the pricing. Ability to handle a high volume of work in a timely and efficient manner with a keen attention to detail. Ability to interact with clients, employees and vendors in a professional manner. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast- paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Budgetary knowledge. Position may require overtime with little or no advance notice given. Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, a self- starter, and strong organizational and time management skills. Project site, corporate office, home office. Strong mobile office skills and equipment required. Company phone on 24 hours a day and return calls / emails in a timely manner. Project managers may work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.

To provide cost estimates for the soft demolition of commercial and municipality buildings by analyzing proposals and requirements and / or physically visiting site to confirm existing conditions. To grow the company by achieving sales and profitability objectives for new projects and clientele through comprehensive cost estimating and projects awarded.
Goals :
- Provide quality service to clients
- Provide accurate, competitive bids with a quick turnaround
- Ensure that all bids meet IRS Demo’s standard of quality
- Generate new business via new / existing clients and / or services
- Attain sales goals set by Sales Manager and Senior VP
