Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding process, including product education, campaign setup, and creative consultation
Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Drive down the time to launch campaigns from contract signing to going live on platforms
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
1-2 years of industry or job-related experience
Ability to manage multiple accounts while providing proactive client service
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish) is a bonus
