Exciting Opportunity : Commercial Real Estate Controller (Corporate and Property Level)

Location : Denver, CO

CORY is hiring a Controller within the commercial property management real estate space who is passionate about driving growth through strategic initiatives and helping grow, scale, and build the business to the next level!

About Our Client :

Our client is an innovative commercial real estate management firm with a robust company culture, strategically positioned for substantial expansion across Colorado.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader :

Manage property and corporate-level general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

Oversee the annual budget process for the properties and corporate entity.

Analyze financial performance to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls for the whole organization.

Manage financial reporting, budgets, and strategic financial planning.

Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations across the company.

Mentor junior-level property accounting employee (s)

The Skills & Experience You Possess :

5+ years of experience in general ledger and real estate accounting (corporate and property level)

Strong experience in Excel; Accounting Software knowledge of Yardi, MRI, or other software preferred

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
