Project and Process Lead

A globally leading technology company is looking for a Project & Process Lead to support Services Finance in driving projects and sustaining operations that enable business development, product expansions, and order-to-cash processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multiple projects, preparing clear documentation, and effectively communicating milestones. Success in this role requires the ability to learn complex business flows and leverage AI to optimize finance processes. The position involves extensive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, Project Management, Shared Services, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and other corporate teams. Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all phases of a project life cycle for multiple projects across various business areas.
• Define, communicate, and document project requirements, including Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Accounting Flows, master data elements and testing approach.
• Communicate project status and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage internal process improvements, including AI initiatives supporting rapidly growing Services Business initiatives.
