The Department of Health Sciences-Multicultural and Community Affairs (HS-MACA) has been awarded a grant to train community health workers, who will help connect health services to minority communities. We are seeking a Project Manager to help implement and oversee this program. In this role, you will have responsibilities in managing some or all facets of project management integration, scope, cost, quality, communications, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for or assist in, developing the size of the project, meeting with vendors / customers, scheduling work, and overseeing completion for on-time, on-budget results. This is a grant-funded position.
Education & Experience :
Master's degree or higher required
Demonstrated project management skills and cost management experience.
Self-starter who is used to being given tasks and bringing them to completion with little supervision.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with leadership and vendors.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to establish priorities, demonstrate discipline and independent judgement.
Knowledge of estimating, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
