Recognized cloud certifications , such as : AWS Solution Architect, AWS Networking, AWS Security Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , or other containerization tools. Familiarity with API integration, orchestration, and DevOps automation tools . Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of incident management, RCA reporting, and monitoring tools .

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Applications System - Cloud Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise-level cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Azure and AWS cloud environments , with strong technical expertise in system stability, cloud operations, migrations, and security management .
This role involves ensuring platform stability, supporting new solution deployments, conducting UAT / ORT testing, and maintaining robust monitoring and performance optimization practices. The Cloud Engineer will also collaborate with development teams, vendors, and customers to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities :
- Support deployment and integration of new cloud solutions , including UAT and ORT testing.
- Develop and execute Test Plans, Test Cases, and Production Verifications to ensure quality and readiness.
- Maintain overall platform stability, performance, and security across Azure and AWS environments.
- Interface with development, product, and vendor teams to ensure operational reliability and scalability.
- Engineer operational requirements, monitor system health, and create detailed technical documentation.
- Implement and manage cloud infrastructure monitoring , patching, configuration, and upgrades.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and incident response to maintain high availability.
- Lead post-outage reviews (POR) and create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for service incidents.
- Provide support for web portals, orchestration, platform applications, APIs, and networking needs.
- Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for cloud maintenance and support.
