Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy to ensure high-quality sales data
Implement integration of marketing and sales data into Salesforce for accurate reporting
Develop and refine dashboards and reports to track GTM performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in healthcare or tech-enabled services
Expert knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, and Salesloft for reporting and process improvement
Experience with Business Intelligence tools and strong analytical skills
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for creating reporting dashboards
