Key Responsibilities
Partner with CS leadership to define and operationalize the customer revenue model
Support annual and quarterly planning for coverage models and capacity planning
Lead root-cause analysis of churn and expansion performance to identify opportunities
Required Qualifications
6-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Customer Success Operations in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong analytical and modeling skills to drive insights from data
Excellent project management skills with experience in cross-functional initiatives
Strategic thinker with a hands-on ownership mindset
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
