Job Description
Assist in managing all phases of development and construction projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Support budget tracking, cost control, and forecasting. Maintain project schedules and monitor progress. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permitting. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and help mitigate project risks. Contribute to process improvements and team collaboration.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field. 2-6 years of experience in project management within real estate development or construction. Must have direct experience managing Multi-Family residential projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
