HR Strategic Planner
The HR Strategic Planner serves as a key partner in driving alignment between HR initiatives and strategic objectives across Measurement Solutions (MSOL). In this high-impact role, you will collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources and the MSOL HR leadership team to shape and implement a forward-looking People Strategy that supports growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. You'll work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and cross-functional teams to lead strategic planning, talent management, and HR transformation efforts. Our compensation philosophy is simple : we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
