Business Analyst

Contract Duration : 12 months (possibility of conversion to FTE; project duration ~2 years)

Role Summary

Senior-level Business Analyst position reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.

Responsible for analyzing, cleaning, and maintaining large data sets to support supply chain metrics and performance.

Create and maintain measurable KPIs in Power BI related to Demand Plan, Supply Plan, Inventory Health, Revenue, etc.

Pull, clean, and ensure data integrity using SQL.

Expected to understand end-to-end supply chain processes and data flow.

Work with ERP systems (NetSuite or SAP preferred; other ERP experience acceptable).

The division will transition to SAP within 2 years, so any experience with SAP or NetSuite is a plus.

Deliver data insights and presentations to leadership using Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint.

Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications / Must-Haves

Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience with SQL).

Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis.

Strong coding experience in SQL – mandatory.

Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Power BI experience required for KPI creation and reporting.

PowerPoint proficiency required for presentations.

Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.

ERP system familiarity (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

Must be highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive.

Other Notes

Role focuses on both technical (SQL, Power BI, Excel) and business / supply chain analytics.

Candidate must demonstrate ability to clean, interpret, and visualize data effectively.
