Restoration / Mitigation Lead Technician

PuroClean Emergency Restoration, a rapidly growing full service restoration company, seeks experienced restoration technicians to join our team in Linthicum Heights, MD. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4-5pm with a mandatory on call rotation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees after a 90-day trial period.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Mitigation of water, fire, mold, biohazard in homes and commercial buildings
• Business process adherence and SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance
• Projection documentation and photographing throughout mitigation process
• Demolition
• Cleaning
• Contents cleaning and pack out
• Possibly some light construction
