About the Role

Join a fast-paced, FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility specializing in delicious cookies and bars! As a General Production Worker , you’ll play a vital role in executing daily production schedules in the packing area—ensuring products are packaged accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Execute daily packing schedules to fulfill customer orders.
• 📦 Ensure timely and accurate packaging of products.
• 🧼 Follow allergen control protocols, including equipment cleaning and verification.
• 🔍 Conduct audits and take corrective actions as needed.
• 🛠 Investigate and resolve production issues with root cause analysis.
• 🦺 Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety policies.
• 📚 Participate in required training and comply with food safety standards.
• ➕ Perform other duties as assigned.
