Overview
We are seeking a Creative Services Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality creative outputs across the NIOA Group. This position reports directly to the Group Chief Marketing Officer and focuses on coordinating creative projects and streamlining communication between designers, vendors, and marketing stakeholders, while also contributing with hands on design support. Working closely with the wider marketing team to keep projects organised, deadlines met and brand standards consistent across all platforms and channels.
Coordinate and track creative projects across digital, print, video, and events. Liaise with internal marketing stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain production schedules and project documentation. Assist with design and creative production where required. Support budgets, reporting, and administrative tasks for the creative services function.
About You
Motivated, meticulous and love marketing?
Be the go-to coordinator who ensures creative projects run seamlessly, assisting the marketing team deliver impactful campaigns across the business.
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications (or similar).
2+ years\' experience in creative services.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Highly organised with excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
