Sr. Specialist - Indirect Planning & Ordering

Are you a detail-driven planner who thrives on keeping complex projects moving? As the Sr. Specialist for GNFR Planning & Ordering, you'll play a key role in making sure our stores are equipped with the right furniture, fixtures, and equipment-on time and on budget. You'll work across teams and vendors to bring our store experiences to life, one project at a time.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at the corporate location in Richfield, MN and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you'll do

• Manage FF&E planning and execution across multiple store projects, ensuring alignment with design and operational goals.
• Coordinate vendor orders, deliveries, and installations for graphics, electronics, and display programs.
• Track project milestones and budgets, identifying risks and resolving issues quickly.
• Serve as the go-to contact for suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all fixtures meet brand, compliance, and sustainability standards.
• Provide real-time updates and represent GNFR and vendor partners in project meetings.
