The Director of Learning Data & AI Insights will lead the data, analytics, and AI-first strategies that underpin the transformation of Relias' content development operations from static delivery toward dynamic, personalized learning experiences. This role will define the infrastructure, taxonomies, and processes that power adaptive learning systems and serve as a strategic delivery bridge across Product, Engineering, and Data.

Relias values collaboration and wants to ensure that our team members have opportuniites to work with their managers regularly for professional development opportunities. This role requires that you live in the state of North Carolina, within a commutable distance to our office. You would be expected to work in our Morrisville, NC Headquarters approximately 40 days / quarter.
