  • Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Member Service Representative to join our team at our Bay View location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, assisting with account inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services and products.   • Key Responsibilities :
  • Serve as the first point of contact for members, providing a warm welcome and professional support.
  • Assist members with account-related inquiries, including balances, transactions, and general account information.
  • Resolve member issues and concerns efficiently and accurately, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Educate members about our products and services, helping them to understand and maximize their benefits.
  • Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions in our operating system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive member experience.
  • Stay informed of current promotions, services, and policies to provide accurate information to members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with training new staff members as needed.
  • Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with members.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
