Pre-Sale - Member Service Representative
Description : The Front Desk will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within the Front Desk department, enabling the club to provide the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Crunch brand.
We open at 4am Monday thru Friday thus applicants will have to be early risers.
We close at 11 pm Monday thru Thursdsy, 8pm Friday, and 7pm Saturday thru Sunday.
Position Title : Member Service Representative
Reports to : Front Desk Manager
Schedule : 4pm / 6pm - 11 : 30pm Weekdays, 1pm / 2pm - 8 : 30pm Fridays, 12pm / 1pm Weekends.
Requirements :
Must be 18 years or older.
Proven work experience in Customer Service, Promoter or similar.
Excellent communication skills.
An outgoing, friendly personality and desire to meet new people.
Clean driving record.
Reliable transportation.
Strong social media presence on multiple platforms.
Professional attitude and interest in growth opportunities.
Proficient in reading and writing.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in sales is a plus.
Interest in fitness is a plus.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Ability to carry up to 40 lbs.
