Required Qualifications
Completion of Doctor of Medicine (MD) / Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine
Completion of Obstetrics and Gynecology residency
Completion of Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship
Board Eligible / Board Certified in Gynecology Oncology
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Epic Electronic Medical Record
Experience in conducting minimally invasive and robotic surgical procedures
Licenses / Certifications
Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire
Must meet at least ONE of the requirements below :
◦ BLS certification from the American Heart Association
◦ BLS certification from the American Red Cross
◦ Allina in-house BLS training (within 90 days of hire)
Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate required upon hire
Prescription Monitoring Program required upon hire
National Provider Identifier required upon hire
