About the Job
i-Tech Support, an Acumatica Gold Certified Partner and leading Managed IT Services Provider based in Orlando, Florida, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support our ERP implementation services. This role is an excellent entry point into project management, particularly in the field of ERP systems, and offers an opportunity to work with Acumatica ERP in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
The Position
The Project Coordinator will assist with planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementations, working closely with the Project Manager. This includes monitoring timelines, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Salary
Base salary + Discretionary Bonus + Competitive Benefits. Compensation will vary based on experience and utilization.
Key Responsibilities
This position involves (but is not limited to) all the following key disciplines and / or services to our broad range of professional clients :
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing Acumatica ERP implementation projects.
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication.
- Track project deliverables and update timelines.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients.
- Prepare project status reports and maintain dashboards.
- Document project risks and escalate as necessary.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and quality assurance checks.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or junior project management role.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.Experience with ERP systems, ideally Acumatica, is a plus.Skill Requirements
