Tri Star Energy is currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our Facilities & Maintenance Services department at our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN.

If you're energetic, organized, and have a knack for solving problems while building strong relationships—this might be the perfect fit for you. The position will assist the Facilities Operations Manager with day to day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Codes invoices with correct accounting codes
  • Performs work order entries and analysis
  • Completes special projects
  • Makes post office runs
  • Maintains the parking lot, including keeping all drains clear of debris
  • Maintains the on-site storage building, keeps it free of trash and organized
  • Produces the weekly office order for kitchen / break room area
  • General housekeeping for the entire office as needed
  • Welcome active employees and guests and ensure they are escorted to either the front desk or the proper meeting room / employee.

    • What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associates degree in business, facilities management, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of two (2) years of administrative and / or customer service experience in the maintenance and facilities industries
  • Prior experience in the retail environment is preferred
  • Or, any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Drive a tow motor to unload delivery trucks
