A company is looking for a Salesforce Consultant (LSAP).
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with customers to implement declarative changes in their Salesforce org
Partner with customers to develop solutions that enhance user efficiency and business management
Coordinate with Support Engineers to troubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate with Customer Success Managers on client visions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform as an IT leader, Admin, or Consultant
1+ years of experience with Salesforce Automations, particularly with Flows
Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration; Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues across multiple layers of the Salesforce platform
Understanding of user setup, profiles, roles, and report / dashboard configuration in Salesforce
