job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or property damage encountered during patrols. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters. Document incidents and daily activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal standards. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. As a Security Professional- Unarmed Commercial Patrol Full Time in Richardson, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible throughout the property, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. - Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
