Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a bakery, café, or restaurant environmentSolid understanding of bakery operations including production flow, display, and freshness standardsProven ability to supervise and motivate a staff of approximately 20 team membersExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsMust Haves
