Preparing monthly financial statements while shortening the close cycle. Conducting reconciliations and quarterly balance sheet reviews. Properly preparing accruals and accounting for inventory and capital investments. Improving adherence to GAAP. Processing standard tax filings. Creating actionable financial reports and cash flow analysis. Streamlining the AP approval process. Eliminating waste and reducing the risk of fraud. Identifying true costs and profitability by product / service and customer. Assisting with acquisition integrations and divestitures.
