You'll earn  $18.50 - $29 / hour , which includes various components such as hourly rate, service incentive, 40% retail commission, and potential bonuses . W ith full benefits , including :

We are available when our clients need us, which means peak hours are during evenings and weekends . As a full-time leader, you'll need a flexible schedule that allows you to support the team when they need it most.

As an Assistant Barber Shop Leader, you will step into the shop ready to energize the team, support barbers and stylists, and create an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves, and provide ongoing mentorship, helping stylists grow their skills and refine their craft. You will take an active role in recruiting, ensuring the team is stacked with great talent. Behind the scenes, you'll manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly. You'll also work behind the chair, staying connected to the client experience while leading by example.
