What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients aged 18 and older.
  • Implement and modify patient care plans based on continuous evaluation.
  • Perform head-to-toe assessments and administer medications.
  • Support patients and families emotionally throughout their care journey.
  • Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided.
  • Participate in departmental competencies and shared governance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance knowledge and skills.

What You'll Bring

  • Current RN license in Illinois.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
  • Experience in oncology nursing is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care.

    • Salary, Shifts & Location

  • Hourly rate : $31.65 - $54.44, based on experience.
  • Full-time position with flexible shifts available.
  • Located in Normal, IL, part of the Carle Health system.
