RN - ER - Local Contract

WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Emergency Room Nurse a for a 13-week contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Patterson, NJ.\n\nJob Function\n

• Night Shift.\n
• 3x12 : 7pm - 7am.\n
• Responsible for managing the care of adult and / or pediatric patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high intensity therapies, and interventions.\n
• Provide support, education and comfort to patients and their families during their emergency room experience.\n
• Prepare patients for surgery or diagnostic testing.\n
• Provide IV insertion, intubation, medicine administration, blood drawing, and many other medical procedures.\n\nJob Requirements\n
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).\n
• Current New Jersey State RN license (or willingness to obtain).\n
• 1-2 years of acute care experience in this specialty.\n
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.\n
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.\n
• PALS certification from the American Heart Association.\n
