Responsibilities :
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, addressing both positive and negative feedback professionally.
- Utilize social media management tools like Sprout to tag posts and engage with the community effectively.
- Moderate and manage Facebook groups, identifying urgent posts and ensuring timely responses.
- Engage with customers by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries across all social channels.
- Conduct research to address customer questions, providing thoughtful solutions and valuable resources.
- Foster strong community engagement by maintaining consistent and friendly communication.
- Develop strategies to enhance the brand's online presence and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement strategies.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, public relations, communications, or marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Sprout.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on community engagement.
- Ability to respond effectively to comments, direct messages, and posts.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to handling feedback.
- Experience in corporate communications and a good understanding of branding.
- Familiarity with machinery manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
