What You'll Do :

• Oversee all aspects of quality control, inspection, and testing to ensure world-class standards.
• Develop and enhance the Quality Management System in alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001, and other key standards.
• Lead and mentor the quality team, cultivating a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
• Analyze metrics (PPM, scrap, COQ, systems compliance) and report findings to drive strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet strict requirements and build stronger supplier partnerships.
• Partner with production, engineering, and logistics teams to align quality objectives across the organization.
• Champion customer focus by addressing feedback, improving satisfaction, and ensuring flawless product delivery.
• Lead audits, inspections, and APQP activities, ensuring compliance and driving corrective / preventive actions.
