We are seeking a dedicated Agile PLM Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for users of the Agile Product Lifecycle Management system.

Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging training materials tailored to various user roles and skill levels.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions in various formats, including in-person and virtual.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments, and report on training metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Agile PLM system functionality and best practices.
• Continuously assess and improve training programs based on user feedback and industry trends.
