We are looking for a skilled HVAC / EPA Certified Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately!

Responsibilities :

• Respond to and complete maintenance service requests.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Perform assigned maintenance tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
• Install locks and make keys as needed.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
• Help maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in apartment maintenance is required.

Must have a positive attitude and able to work in a fast paste environment.

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Reliable vehicle and smart phone.

Own hand tools.

Computer literate.
