Job Details
Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in bankruptcy law, including representation of debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.
Education : J.D. from an accredited law school; MBA or LL.M. in Bankruptcy or Finance is a plus.
Licensure : Active membership in the state of Texas
