We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have significant experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including sales, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. This role involves drafting and negotiating complex legal documents, conducting due diligence, and advising clients on legal risks and compliance issues associated with commercial property matters.

This position is 100% in-office . The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range
$250,000—$250,000 USD
