Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a process mechanical CAD / BIM Designer based in Denver to work alongside staff Engineers and Senior CAD Designers, in the design and production of contract documents for various Water, Wastewater, Pump Station, and Pipeline projects.

Key Responsibilities :
Prepare site plans, plans, sections, and details for water, wastewater and stormwater facilities.Coordinate with other disciplines (Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C) to help resolve design conflicts and challenges.Ensure drawings comply with company and client CAD / BIM standards and stylesCreate BIM models, Revit families, and CAD based files for use in the production of contract documents.Help design teams with the assembly of submittals throughout project delivery.Required Qualifications :
Revit knowledge and skills requiredSome 2D AutoCAD MEP skills desiredCompletion of technical school CAD design certificate with emphasis on Revit or Engineering Technology Associate’s degreeSome design experience with water and / or wastewater projects desiredBasic understanding of process and chemical piping materials and fittings helpfulHardworking, focused, and willingness to learn is importantA minimum of 4 years' experience.If you are passionate about leveraging technology to efficiently deliver interdisciplinary infrastructure projects, this is a great career opportunity for you.
