SUMMARY

Make a difference where it matters most. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Grady's Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their strength and independence after hospital care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Physician, you'll provide hands-on support with daily activities, comfort measures, nourishment, and delegated therapies-building meaningful relationships every step of the way.

Crestview is a modern, short-term rehabilitation center with 26 sub-acute beds, two therapy gyms, and specialized services like IV therapy, wound care, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. It's a dynamic environment where you'll grow your skills, be valued as part of a mission-driven team, and help patients confidently return home.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CNA certification in the State of Georgia required
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
• Long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Are moderate with sitting, standing, and walking
• May require lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds or pushing and / or pulling up to 75 pounds
• Good visual, hearing, and speaking acuity
• Work environment may involve exposure to risk of electrical shock, fumes, or airborne particles
• Work environment may involve possible exposure to infectious diseases
