Commercial Property Manager

Location : Houston, TX

Compensation : $80-105K base + bonus potential

A well-established commercial real estate firm in Houston is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property management who enjoys working closely with tenants, vendors, and ownership to ensure high standards of operations and tenant satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties

Maintain strong relationships with tenants and ensure lease compliance

Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements

Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service agreements

Handle tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renewals

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company and safety standards

Assist ownership with strategic planning and value enhancement initiatives

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience managing commercial properties

Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation and Benefits :

Base salary of $80K – $105K depending on experience
