Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wrentham, MA for an Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

The position involves managing day-to-day inside sales operations and providing exceptional customer service to our industrial clients. Responsibilities include processing customer orders, preparing proposals, and managing inquiries through our CRM and ticketing systems.

The coordinator will also play an active role in marketing initiatives — assisting with content creation, marketing campaigns, social media management, and leveraging digital tools (including AI) to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.

You’ll collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely communication, and smooth execution of both sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Customer Service

Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills

Proficiency in Industrial Technical Sales and Support

Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
