Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality : Enhance members' workouts and overall club experience. Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development : Participate in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer a certification reimbursement program). Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness and a drive to help others succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Basic computer and technology skills. Pay Transparency : $39.50 - $94.00 per session; $16.50 / hr for non-session work; additional incentive bonuses available.
