Akkodis group is hiring : Technical Writer in Austin

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Writer for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will create high-quality onboarding guides, system overviews, and developer-focused documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Rate Range : $53 / hour to $56 / hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities

• Design, organize, and write technical content such as onboarding guides, system architecture overviews, and how-to articles for internal developer audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and UX designers to gather source material and define documentation requirements.
• Translate complex technical workflows into clear, user-friendly documentation tailored for various audiences.
• Develop and maintain documentation templates and style guides to ensure consistency across deliverables.
• Review and update content regularly based on product changes and user feedback to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Drive content strategies that improve onboarding efficiency and support developer enablement across distributed teams.
