Northeast Protection Partners is an established and growing Life Safety integrator, specializing in Healthcare Communication Systems, Patient Safety Systems, and Access Control.
We are looking for an Account Executive to create a long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. Your role will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
If you have a flair for client communication and understand customer behavior, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Account Executive will be a motived self-starter who will collaborate with others and be engaged with our product and service teams.
Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand the customer needs to assist in decision making
- Visiting Customer locations across Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Generate Customer Quotes and follow up with open opportunities
- Forecast and track key metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecast)
- Assist with challenging client requests or issues and escalate as needed
