City : New Ulm State : MN Start Date : Pending Privileges End Date : TBD Description : Specialty : OBGYNLooking for MN Licensed Providers for Quick Start24 hour in house call - Biggest need is Friday at 4 : 30pm through Tuesday at 8am. Will accept any amount of call a provider is able to commit to. Start Date : ASAPContract Length : OngoingShift Details : Clinic and 24 hour call weekend callOvertime : 1.5x hourly rateHoliday : 1.5x hourly rateHolidays Paid by Client : New Years' Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day 00 : 00 - 23 : 59 Schedule : 1-2 weeks per month. Ideally 2-5 shifts per block. Client is flexible and willing to split coverage between two locums providersM-F 8am-4 : 30pmWeekend call : Friday at 4 : 30pm through Tuesday at 8am. Work Details- Skills Preferred : Skilled and competent with performing c-sections DCs laparoscopic tubals ectopics etc.- Support Staff : 24 / 7 General Surgery Peds and Tele Neonatology- EMR : EPIC- Hospital setting- Low acuity. 300-320 labors per year Requirements : Board Certification : Must be BC / BE. License Required : MNCredentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days. Shift Info : Day 5x8-Hour 08 : 00 - 16 : 30 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
