Responsibilities :

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and developing tailored strategies.
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering their growth and ensuring a culture of learning.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance processes, managing intricate tax returns and specialized engagements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their financial needs beyond tax-related matters.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Expand your network to enhance client retention and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Analyze and resolve complex tax issues, offering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and multi-state tax regulations, delivering accurate and thorough documentation.
• Utilize advanced tax software and research tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Proven experience in public accounting, preferably in agribusiness or mid-to-large-sized firms.
• Proficiency with tax preparation and research software
• Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state income tax regulations
