Job Description

Our client, a well-established, growing professional services firm , is seeking a PE-licensed Project Manager to join their Nashville, TN Water Resources Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on stormwater, drainage, and water resources projects while helping grow a multi-discipline engineering practice.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and execute watershed studies, stormwater master plans, H&H analysis (1D / 2D), and drainage / stormwater management design
  • Perform permitting, regulatory compliance, and design / inspection of traditional and innovative LID infrastructure and BMPs
  • Oversee multiple projects including scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables
  • Mentor and develop project team members
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, government agencies, and multi-discipline project teams

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license required (state license preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in water resources engineering
  • Experience with hydrologic & hydraulic modeling, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, and green infrastructure design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and relevant H&H software
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
