Job Purpose

Position will report to the General Manager. The Outbound Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of outbound to include scheduling departmental hours of operation, outbound loading, managing the maintenance of warehouse equipment and warehouse housekeeping. The person in this position should drive improvements through change and demonstrate their ability to think outside of the box. The outbound manager will assign priorities for all aspects of production, to include labor, documentation / time requirements and customer demands.
