Mechanical Engineering Manager

Dematic Corp has an immediate need for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to manage a team of project execution engineers within our Project Engineering Organization. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading Mechanical engineers on various size and complexity projects in the material handling and logistics automation industry. Candidates with demonstrated success in team leadership roles is a must, and experience with material handling systems and / or logistics automation is preferred.

The Mechanical Engineering Manager will be involved with managing day-to-day tactical project execution, assessing and growing team capabilities, working across other engineering disciplines and department functions to ensure project-wide alignment, and helping drive strategic Project Engineering initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $104,250 - $152,900 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
