Key Responsibilities
Serve as an HR expert to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
Communicate effectively with clients to exceed expectations and provide prompt follow-up
Educate clients and share best practices with less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
5-8 years of experience in customer service or human resources with a proven track record of positive results
A college degree is preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute
Military experience is valued and recognized
HR Certification is a plus or willingness to pursue within the first year
